I like my new job but I miss my old job. I miss Goose. She had a rough week last week. Tears day and night. Too much change. During the summer she has both parents all day everyday. (They are teachers) Grammy hopes that her tears turn to smiles. Piper misses his snuggly bunny.
I did go to the ER yesterday. They did a scan on my head and it was okay. They gave me three shots for what they think are migraines. I am hanging in there but thankful there isn't anything in that head of mine. Thanks for your prayers, concerns and suggestions. I am going to check them all out. Until then.......I am reducing computer time a bit. Maybe just short periods.
Hope you all have a great week. Our heat is back but hopefully not for long. ((((HUGS))))

So good to hear your scan was clear. Hopefully the shots will help change the direction of the problems..So sad when the little ones have the tears, it is hard to see. Hugs and prayers.
I had migrane headaches for many years and as simple as it sounds -- a chiropracter helped me more than anyone. My last headache, 1 1/2 yrs ago, one of my children took me to the next town (where my favorite chiro practices) and I could hardly sit in the car because I felt every bump in the road..After the adjustment the headache was gone and I felt like a new person. The neck stays a little sore (not form the chiro) but a lot of water will help alleviate that. The vertigo is something that I've only had for a short time but so far I haven't found anything to help that. I've recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia but can't take Lyrica because of the "Swimmies" and vertigo.
Good that you had that scan and now you now there is nothing in there. I hope the rest will help to get you feeling better. Take care,
Maureen

It is always good to hear there is nothing in our head that shouldn't be and all that is there is okay, isn't it? I hope those ole headaches go away and you have no more dizziness, praying for it all to go. Sorry sweet little Goose is still having a hard time with the changes. Praying she will soon adjust and feel all better. Will continue to send up prayers for you. Hugs
I'm glad to hear that the scan was ok. And I'm hoping the shots work!
Your poor little Goose. I"m so sorry that she's having a hard week. Hopefully it will get better soon!
I'm glad you went for the scan. If your anything like me, I feel a whole lot better after I take a test...ruling out the worst bits. Then I think the relaxation that comes after the good results, makes me feel even physically better. Hope that will happen with you too. Still praying on that for you. :)

You were in the ER yesterday too?! I'm so sorry Debby. Did the shots even help you?
I don't have any experience with what to do for migraines. I sure hope that someone's suggestion can help you feel better soon!
I'm sending you the hugs this time my friend. Take care.
Did they try a shot of morphine? That got rid of mine...but I lost a whole day (asleep or shall I say passed out)
