School is out, time for summer fun

Happy days are here again. No more 5 a.m. alarm wakeups, at least for a couple of months. Wouldn't you know my cell phone started ringing at 2 a.m. A wrong number, really.

I am busy getting ready for vacation coming up soon. So excited.....explain later.

What plans to you have for summer? I need to make a list. Day one didn't get much accomplished but that's okay, right?

That looks very cute by your front door. Did you plant the plants in it or are they in other pots? I have some concrete ducks I may have to do a post on one of these days.

Happy Summer Break!

Will you be making your way out west to see your grandbabies?

FINALLY.....you get to have some time to have fun!

Your garden is so pretty. Love those little 'fowl'! And your coke box on the porch is very retro!

It'll probably take you awhile not to wake up at 5am, huh?

Kisses and hugs are coming to you soon...can you stand it????

Hugs

Hi, Debby. Love the concrete duck. We are headed to the beach this summer. Can't wait. Rest up and enjoy!

An easy dinner for me tonight..baked salmon and baked potatoes.
Our vacation has been called off. We usually go to the family Island in Maine..but missed last year because of sweet husbands knee replacement..and this year..because the money will be spent on going to Georgia instead.

Everytime I visit you and read your profile, I realize how much we have in common.
Except, had Patrick lived I would have been married over 55 years. IS that even possible?
So..I am older by a stretch. Still..we like the same things..so visiting you is always a treat!
Hugs,
Mona

Amen, sistah! The tyranny of the school bell is over for the summer. I don't know about you, but I really need a break this year!

My summer list is loooong, but inspiring. Can't wait to see what mischief you find to get into!
