The dog that wants to go to school

Our Piper is something else.  He loves everyone.  Sometimes he barks (well maybe alot) when someone comes to our house that he likes.  He loves walking to the bus stop with Gabby and I.  He got on the bus one day and now everyday he cries to get on.  I let him today.  He not only loves the driver but he wanted to visit the kindergarteners as well.  I wonder (don't worry I won't try to see)what he would do if I didn't make him get off the bus.  I would imagine that he would hop up on one of the seats and go to school.  When he rides in our car he sits in the car seat.  Yes, I took my camera today in case he got on the bus.  I don't want to get the driver in trouble so I won't let him do this anymore.  I had to capture it, you know that's just what bloggers do.

Tomorrow is the Rural Society of Garden and Antiques in Mt. Vernon. Ohio.  This sale has been featured in Country Living magazine and Folk magazine.  It is supposed to rain and get cooler as the day goes on.  Who cares, hah.  I will still be there.  I know that Sue (Sullivan and Murphy) will be there.  Will you?

(Today is beautiful.  I am off to get my drivers license and car registration renewed.)

Oh my stars - what a cutie he is! He can come visit my class any time. Although he would have to take the bus all the way to California. We used to have a school cat that would come into our class.

You know, by the looks of the driver's arm around Piper, I think that the feeling is mutual admiration. And yes, that is what us bloggers do, huh? Sweet, sweet post and the sale sounds wonderful, rain or shine. Going to a few sales myself. Should be fun!

And thanks for thinking of me today - you and Sue!

hugs,
Becky

It's so funny how dogs bond with us. Our dogs wait at the window when they know we are on our way home. On vacation we try to roll into the drive so they don't hear us. lol But there they are. Smiles from ear to ear.
