Spring Chickies Spring Break

Today we have been under a tornado watch. We had hail, lots of rain and threatening skies. The temps are dropping from 79's to 20's and we might get snow. The sun was also shining off and on all day. Yep, it's Spring in Ohio. Soon I will head for Colorado where the weather is even more unpredicatble. But, who cares, there are babies that need kissed out there in the West. This Grammy can't wait to see those littles. I took a little nap this afternoon. When I woke up I was so excited that it was Friday and then I realized it was Thursday instead but then realized it was only Wednesay. Oh man....... Our little town shuts down at Spring Break. I remember when we moved here and didn't realize that this happened. We were the only people left in town. No kidding, it was a ghost town. The kids were so lonely. It is so much fun hearing all the places that the kids at school are going. It will be fun hearing all about their trips. Guess where Goose and K.Bug (my in town littles) are going. They are going to see Mickey. And guess what they don't have a clue. They are going to tell them the morning they leave. I am a little bummed that I am not going BUT I get to go see Disney Princesses on Ice in Denver. And I do believe that Mickey and Minnie make an appearance. I can handle that, oh yes I can.
So, off to bed I go........to nurse the headache from the change in pressure and to dream about what day it is. Sweet Dreams my friends.

P.S. Don't hate me....Cindy named one of her baby chicks after me and Donna. I am so proud. She even said that little "Dee" is a little clown. Isn't that a hoot.

I'm so glad you get to see your grandbabies Debby. I'll bet you are having a blast right now. :o)

Wow..we are so special being named after a chicken. I can't wait to see her. I'm glad Dee is a clown..I am too. I've always joked that Tim married me for the 'entertainment' factor. Ha!
