There is something about seeing little children waving American Flags that makes me so very proud to live in the USA. Love seeing all the kids.

Looks like you all had a great day.Gene drove Eloise and me up to Maryland on Thursday night. The graduation was Friday. Then Sat. morning he drove us back to Lex and Patricia drove down from Richmond. We spend the holiday sitting in the creek and staying cool. Went back to work today only to have to leave because we had 2 feet of water under my bathroom....sump pump problems. Not good. 7 days left and then no money for 3 months. I do not know if I will be rehired or not, but am cleaning out everything just in case. Actually it would be nice to get relieved of my duties. This year has been a killer. Love your Memorial Day pictures. The children and the older veteran really touched my heart. genie
